International Support
Consultations are delivered virtually, allowing us to discuss your child’s needs in depth and provide thoughtful, tailored guidance.
Support may include feeding, sleep, development, and emotional wellbeing, as well as reassurance and continuity during periods of change.
Where appropriate, I can also work alongside other professionals involved in your child’s care to ensure a consistent and considered approach.
The same thoughtful, individualised support – adapted to suit your location and circumstances.
Newborn Care & Early weeks
Causes: Infants often wake during the night due to hunger, discomfort, or the need for reassurance. As children grow, developmental milestones and changes in routine can also lead to nighttime disruptions.
4 to 12 month support
What It Is: Periods when a child who was previously sleeping well suddenly starts waking frequently or has difficulty falling asleep. Common regressions occur around 4 months, 8–10 months, and 18 months.
Toddler support
Causes: This can stem from overstimulation, anxiety, or an inconsistent bedtime routine.
3 years plus
Signs: Children may express fears about darkness or separation, which can manifest as resistance to bedtime.
When to Seek Help
Any time can feel beautiful, but feel overwhelming, exhausting and emotionally intense — often all at once.
Many families need reassurance, practical guidance and calm professional support as they adjust to life with a new baby.
Whether you are navigating feeding, unsettled behaviour, sleep deprivation, recovery from birth, or simply want someone experienced alongside you, I offer gentle, evidence-based support tailored to your family.
